Body: Beneficial to the digestive system, renowned for relieving wind by reducing gripping action. Effective against vomiting, diarrhoea, intestinal spasm, dyspepsia, and parasites. Also eases nausea and bad breath due to gastric fermentation. Has a tonic effect on the kidneys, stomach, spleen and intestinal disorders generally.
Its pain relieving properties can help toothache and rheumatism, arthritis and mouth sores as well as tension headaches. Reputedly works best on local areas rather than the system in general.

Precautions: A very potent oil and should be used with caution - massage may not be a good medium of application since skin irritation could occur.
