Stock Availability
All Stock is subject to availability. Idyllism is not responsible for any items that run out or are discontinued while displayed online. We will contact you via email or phone should this situation occur to inform a time of supply. All prices include GST. Prices are correct at time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.
Delivery & Shipping
Freight fee covers all items purchased on the one order and are based on weight costs through Australia Post to the relevant destination. Where possible, express post bags or registered post will be used for fast delivery.
Items are usually delivered within 3 to 10 working days, it may take longer for remote areas.
Buying for a Gift
If you are purchasing as a gift to be delivered to someone else, please make sure you have provided your own contact email or phone number correctly and provide the person's name and address details in the comments section on checkout. This will allow us to contact you if there is a problem with the delivery or address details - otherwise it will be necessary to contact the recipient - and possibly ruin the surprise!
Returns & Refunds Policy
Our aim at Idyllism.com.au is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied at all times. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we can organise an exchange or Credit Voucher (which can be utilised at a later time), so long as the products are returned to us in its originally, undamaged packaging within 7 days of purchase.
Delivery Delays
If there is a delivery delay for your purchase or it is out of stock, Idyllism.com.au will advise you within two working days of order.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by ringing us on 61 3 9751 0058 or by email to idyllism@iinet.net.au. We will be available to assist you 7 days a week between 10.30am and 5.00pm AEST.
Exchanging an Item
If you want to exchange a product for any other reason, you must pay for the freight and we must received the goods back in the original unopened packaging within 7 days. Please include a copy of your order when returning goods.
BUYING ONLINE
Idyllism.com.au provides a secure online shopping experience.
The following details provides a summary of what you need to do to buy online from this site.
Firstly you need to browse the site and add items to your "Basket". When you have everything you need, click the "Go To Checkout" button. Fill in "Select A Shipping Location". Select "A Shipping Method" then enter your postcode. Click on Calculate and then Scroll Down to Select Method Of Postage e.g. Regular Post or Express Post. Click OK and then Click "Secure Checkout" Button. Tick the box for "Accept Our Terms and Conditions
Your basket summary will appear itemising your order and charges.
There are 4 main steps in the checkout & payment process.
1. Payment - Here you need to enter your credit card details. You will be advised once your payment has been successfully processed.
2. Billing Address - you need to choose where you would like your order to be sent. If you are billing address is different to your shipping address, please let us know the details in the "Your Notice To Us" section below.
3. Confirm Order - Next you are asked to confirm your order and total charges, including the delivery charge that will be added to your credit card. Our standard delivery charge is $15.00 per order anywhere in Australia.The figure next to "Total" is what will be charge dto your credit card. If you are happy with this click the "Confirm Order" button. Then select "Pay for Order".
4. Options - Please tick the relevant option.
5. Review Secure Order - Click this button to view your order invoice.
6. Please Review Your Order and press "Send Order Securely"
