Body: Seems to have a rejuvenating effect on the body. it warms the heart and circulation and may ease general aches and pains as well as arthritis. Has a good reputation for helping with respiratory disorders. It's a tonic to the lungs and has a beneficial action on bronchitis, asthma, coughs, colds, laryngitis and sore throats.
