White Sage Smudge (Salvia Apiana)
Measures: approximately 25cm long x 4cm wide

Native Americans use sage smudge to purify the mind, body and spirit before praying.  Purifies the atmosphere and disperses negativity.  Some may use it to purify their homes, office and cars and even themselves.

Easy to use - light the tip, blow out the flame so that the stick is smouldering.  Direct the smoke to every corner of every room.  Make sure that the windows and doors are closed so that the smoke does not escape from the room.  When the smoke has discipated from the room, it takes the energy with it, leaving your environment cleansed.  Can be used over the body to cleanse ones aura.  Easy to extinguish by placing in a glass bottle with a lid, or can be butted out in a bowl of sand.
